Fresh coastal shrimp, sautéed in butter and flambéed with artisanal mezcal. Served with roasted yuca purée and a warm salad of baby spinach and garden carrots.
Cacao and chile mole with romeritos, potatoes, and nopal; served with lobster tail sautéed in butter.
