Ponche Fruit Salad with Piloncillo Dressing $340

Fresh and colorful, it combines the typical fruits of Christmas ponche - tejocote, guava, apple and sugarcane - with green leaves and a delicate dressing of piloncillo, cinnamon and citrus.

Second Course

Fresh coastal shrimp, sautéed in butter and flambéed with artisanal mezcal. Served with roasted yuca purée and a warm salad of baby spinach and garden carrots.
